Re: 2010 Business Directory
2010 CBN Directory Is Now Available
The CBN 2010 Directory is hot off the press and ready for distribution on February 26. This year we have put together a robust distribution strategy to promote each of our members to the greater Catholic Community.
This year we will have over 3500 directories distributed into the Catholic Community, beginning with 14 parishes in the Salt Lake Valley. In late-February and early-March, Parish representatives and CBN board members will have an announcement during weekend Masses, promoting CBN and inviting attendees to pick up a directory after Mass.
Additionally, we will be running announcements in every parish bulletin within the diocese promoting CBN and inviting them to visit the website to access the directory, or members can call 801-984-7117 and request a copy be mailed to them. These bulletin announcements will run at the end of February in into March. We will be running a similar message in half page ads in Intermountain Catholic Newspaper. This allows us to reach the greater Catholic Community via another medium.
Directories will be available to all members after February 26th. You may pick them up at your church, call 801-984-7117 to have them delivered or pick them up at our March 22nd Dinner.
CBN Dedicated to Growing Membership and Member Benefits
The Catholic Business Network is growing and gaining momentum in 2010. Our members are developing relationships and inherently growing their business. In 2010, we will create new mediums for members to communicate with each other, adding value to your membership.
Quarterly Dinner Meetings will continue with high-quality speakers and valuable information for members as well as provide a setting for networking. Our next dinner is March 22nd. See below for details.
A monthly newsletter will be distributed electronically to all members. We invite members of CBN to contribute articles to the monthly newsletter. If you have important information to share about your industry or area of expertise, please contact Jennifer Hurst at Jennifer@theinjenuitygroup.com or 801-560-9608. Each month we hope to feature 3 to 4 articles from our membership.
On June 11th, we will be having a private dinner with the Bishop, exclusively for the CBN community and their guests. Watch for more details about CBN’s work with the Diocese and Bishop Wester and how we are working together to accomplish business goals.
Lastly, no one can deny that social media is here to stay. CBN has created a Group on LinkedIn (The Catholic Business Network of Utah) and all members are invited to join. This vehicle allows members to post questions, information and events for all members of the group to view and respond.
Peace,
Jennifer Hurst
